Shipping

House mats ship within two business days from New York City. Custom runs ship two to three weeks from artwork approval. International rates are calculated at checkout.

Every mat travels flat, inside a record jacket with a backing board. Felt loses its structural integrity when it is rolled, so we do not roll it.

Returns

Unused mats in their original jacket can be returned within thirty days for a full refund. Email hello@eightyeightsupply.com with your order number and we will send a label.

Custom orders carry your artwork and cannot be returned once production starts. We send a digital proof for approval before anything is printed.

Damage

If a mat arrives damaged, send a photograph within seven days and we will replace it.
